Acceptance of Terms

1.1 — Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jliaaa ("jliaaa," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jliaaa.com. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jliaaa platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 — Capacity to Contract

In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. jliaaa serves the Philippine market and these Terms are intended to be read and interpreted in the context of Philippine law and the Filipino-English language conventions common among Philippine internet users.

Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 — Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jliaaa platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling and is a non-negotiable condition of access. By registering an account on jliaaa, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 — Geographic Eligibility

jliaaa is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jliaaa platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jliaaa makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

jliaaa operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when jliaaa has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jliaaa may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

3.1 — One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jliaaa platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jliaaa employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jliaaa reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jliaaa is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliaaa account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jliaaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jliaaa's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 — Non-Transferability

Your jliaaa account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will render the account subject to immediate termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

jliaaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. jliaaa reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 — Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the jliaaa platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your jliaaa account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. jliaaa targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to three (3) banking days for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transfers, though actual processing times may vary. jliaaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 — Currency

All transactions on the jliaaa platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. jliaaa is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.5 — Anti-Money Laundering

jliaaa is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws and regulations in the Philippines. jliaaa reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. jliaaa may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

jliaaa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. jliaaa reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that jliaaa determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.3 — Bonus Eligibility

jliaaa reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and jliaaa may exclude any player from a promotion without explanation. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits under jliaaa's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive bonuses during the period of their self-exclusion or limit.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 — Game Outcomes

All games available on the jliaaa platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by jliaaa and are not subject to manipulation by jliaaa or any player. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider.

6.2 — Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jliaaa reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jliaaa will not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from a technical malfunction beyond the refund of the original wager.

6.3 — Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game will continue to its conclusion according to the game's rules and the outcome will be recorded. jliaaa is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or any factor outside jliaaa's direct control.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jliaaa platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with jliaaa employees;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jliaaa staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7.2 — Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jliaaa determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, jliaaa reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any balance in the account; and report the conduct to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

8.1 — Ownership

All content on the jliaaa platform, including but not limited to the jliaaa brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the property of jliaaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jliaaa intellectual property.

8.2 — Limited License

jliaaa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jliaaa platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the jliaaa platform.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 — Platform Availability

jliaaa does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jliaaa may suspend access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

9.2 — Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliaaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jliaaa platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jliaaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 — Cap on Liability

jliaaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jliaaa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 — Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account on the jliaaa platform.

10.3 — 21+ Age Enforcement

jliaaa strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited. jliaaa encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 — Suspension by jliaaa

jliaaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at jliaaa's sole operational discretion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jliaaa will endeavor to notify you of the suspension and the reason for it, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints.

11.2 — Closure by Player

You may close your jliaaa account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 — Privacy Policy

jliaaa's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Amendments to Terms

13.1 — Right to Amend

Your continued use of the jliaaa platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.

Governing Law

14.1 — Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.2 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jliaaa, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. jliaaa will endeavor to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with Philippine law.
